Are all the instructors certified?
Instructors can be certified but it's not mandatory. Instructors can be highly experienced athletes, enthusiast and professionals willing to share their knowledge and experience.
Depending on the sport and where the classes occur, there could be regulations requiring certification.Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, both students and instructors can cancel a booking at any time. This could be due to lack of time or not having the necessary conditions to perform the class.
Are payments refundable?
Our platform provides secured and refundable payments. Payments are not released to the instructor until confirmed by the student. If the booking gets cancelled before completion, the student will get a full refund of their payment.
